Excessive Force is nowhere near the level of some of 110th's players. If you want to have a war when you first start to build your name and your confidence I'd reccomend you choose a softer target. Perhaps try CE if you like.

Wow a slight against Ce Xiahou Dun 110 has some good members (Tags Override and a few outher) but they never on any more with in last few days maby they will be back soon but if not 110 also has alot of not so good players

But in a clan war you will only be playing their good players, you do know how it works right?
