Do you even read? He clearly states that his clan is Bushido Warriors and he is going to war with tao america.

Anyways, I would think that it is too early too go to war considering you just started the clan a few days ago. You prolly don't have enough members or at least not enough skilled members. If you are sure you want to go to war then you will have to talk to the leader(s) of the other clan and organize the rules and such. Best of luck to you, I hope you and your clan pull of the victory.
