This is a discussion on Unit Frequencies within the Training Room forums, part of the Tactics Headquarters category; So how often do people use particular units? I was able to statistically answer this question with a small but ...

Unit Frequencies
So how often do people use particular units?

I was able to statistically answer this question with a small but possibly representative population cataloged in the formation database.

The results were more or less predictable, but perhaps some of you may find this interesting.

I'm kinda suprised how low the DMWs are for Legends Grey, as alot of grey people use witch rushes/witch sets. Its cool, nice job

Also I'm really surprised about how the frost golem is used .2 more then the mud golem. Frosts are far more rare, yet they have have way more percentages.

And im wondering why more FPS grey use BW than LW...

It is probably because using multiple frosts is not uncommon while using multiple muds is ill-advised and almost never used. Such can affect how often a unit is used.

@jgb: I was wondering about the GA thing too... can't see any error in the code.

I admit it could also be because some of the legenders were getting creative, which would totally screw up everything. That is why I was like... possibly representative lol.

I do like how many of the numbers make sense though = very good!
