pretty basic and pretty solid.

8/10: I prefer the witch moved adjacent to barrier, blocking the frontal scout-L shot to the cleric. Plus it would be in a more aggressive position allowing you to better attack a same side turtle.

It can be easily destroyed with mage rushes. Try making the units more spread out.

The assassin and scout don't HAVE to do anything. I prefer my scout front lined for dropless games. It's all a matter of opinion.
