Advice for default set
Hey everyone lately iv been playing a bit of default, so far at the moment the account is only 900+ yeah i know thats really low even for default, you guys could probobly get to 1500+ or higher with it. anyway iv noticed that i havent defeated any good players with default the highest person i beat was about 1170. anway i need some advice on how to use the set. it seems like whenever my oppenent is turting on the side that my chanty is on i cant attack as well and i have to worry about my chanty or scout the whole time. it seems like i can only beat 1000+ players with default. so could you guys give me some advice?

Hmm default is a rough and hard Tactical thing to use. The chanty is the key to the whole thing. My idea's i've seen was move your cleric and scout and chanty to a safe stop but still can attack and be usefull for deffence. The knights must be on the top line of deffence and the pyro attacking also. I wouldnt use the default though i perfer my own tactics.

Just pla your main strenght while using any set ;)
If you are playing as Default, your main strenght are: 1) attacking units: you have 1 Scout, 3 Knightsd, 1 Assassin, 3 mages ...that's 8 attacking units (3 unblockable) so it's not so easy to take it down. Good turtles have just 5 attacking units! 2) Versatility/flexibility: Your units are in the back row, you don't have wards that can't move and you have nice movement units. This means that you can rearrange your set to play in your advantage. I usually try to reset in the opposite coin of the Arena, and then programing my attack on the flank ![]() 3)surprise: not a so good point, but many players just underestimate you if you play deafult. I've won some good (1350+) with deafult because they overstimate themselves on me... 4) Range: with default you have much range: 3 mages + scout is a very good team as focus breaker (you still need a mud golem!!!) and they back-up in a nice way your assassin and knights... Playing default is not easy and you have to know also your weak points as well: 1) Your units are spread out and too back: you need time to reorganize your set, for the defense and for the attack too: a turt is already focused with all his 5 untis on a same side and a rush can hit you faster than you can. You can lose some units in the meantime.... 2) Your units are good but many drops are simply more powerful. you then have a unit disadvantage...mages are difficult to use well, and they are fragiles. 3) your early game is disadvantageous because of this kind of set: you need some time to reorganize and if a player is skilled he can easily pressure you I hope to have given you some nice points overthere, goodluck with your default training!!!
