I'd agree that some of them are equally childish. But even in those, there are some which rephrain from outright nose-rubbing on the loss. It's one thing to say "hey look at this match I had with [respected user] - that was intense - best game I ever played", and something totally different to say "oh man look at this screenie of when I totally pwnzed that noob loser". What can I say? Presentation is everything ;)

No I saw the "exaggerated" part. I knew what you were saying. You were just the best quote which outright stated that idea, as quite a few people seemed to be running on it without actually saying it. Sorry, i'll be more clear next time.

I honestly think the phrase NJ win isn't that bad.

People need to be less sensative to things and respect the other players right to speak as they wish.

As long as the other player does not say "NJ WIN AGAINST _______!!!!! THAT WAS SO EASY OMG NJ WIN NJ WIN NJ WIN!!!", then thats fine.

To sum it up: Dont be so sensative about what they say. Who cares if they say NJ win. And if you get angry about it, that makes you look even worse. Respect other players as you want to be respected.

Sorry to say Andrew', but your thoughts contradict each other.

First you claim that NJ Win is alright to say.
Then you say respect players the way you want to be respected.

To me NJ Win, ______ has been Judged, Einherjar Pwntar, etc. isn't really a respectable end, more like a bragging comment.

gg = respectable ^^

I lost against this dude and instead of him saying gg, he said Einherjar Pwntar, which caught me by surprise because that's not what I thought he was going to say.

Not all games are good games though.

Often times, a game does end in a rape.

Why should I be forced to say "gg" After a match if it wasn't in fact a good game? It's an overused phrase. I think from now on when it's not a good game, I'm going to say Thank you (after they say "gg") and leave. Something like that. Not sure. It's late, and I need a woman. Please forgive this post.

i agree punish - and I do use "thank you" for really bad games. but (as you somewhat inferred), a lack of good game doesn't deserve disrespect.

Andrew - i agree with sina - you contradict yourself. We're not talking about sensitivity. We're not talking about freedom of speech issues. We're talking about what is or is not honorable and respectful.

I do not think that just because they are a poor player they deserve disrespect. They will eventually, assuming they play games, get better, and then earn a GG from me

That said, I don't really mind when people say Netjak Win/_____ Judged about me. For one, It isn't really supposed to be degrading to the person you beat.. More just to psyche you and your clan up. And, it's not like they're saying "I just totally pwned this noobyass dillznick yeahhhh!!! woooo!! in your FACE NOOB!!! "

It's just a clan thing, and i don't really care. Though, I think if you joined the game within the past 3 months, you should be kicked in the groin for using a comment like that

Saying NJ win is not disrespectfull at all in my eyes. That is a matter of opinion.

As for the other clans ex. "[x] has been judged, or Einherjar Pwntar" I believe that is disrespectfull.

To go back on Uall's point, NJ win is not intending to disrespect the other player or intending to humiliate him. Its is just a way of saying (Going back to what AFO said) to tell their clan mates they just won thats all.

I do not believe AFO or any other NJ leader in that matter made that phrase intending to humiliate the other player.

When someone says gg after a bad game I will say no it wasn't. I'm not afraid to reveal the truth, or what I perceive to be truth.

Phoenix--You think "NJ Win!" is bad? You should try being on their hitlist for a few months. Turns out "NETJAK TARGET ELIMINATED" is actually much more obnoxious!

But that having been said I can see where you're coming from. No "good game", no connotations of respect, not even a towel and a smoke. However it is just words on a screen, so I don't know if there's any moral outrage here. What I don't get is why there can't be a "gg" to go with that "NJ win!"...
