As a PM this would carry little weight and if he locks this as some sort of spam, trolling or hate thread towards him then my point would thus be proven about him specfically targetting me with his bias and misshandling mod powers.

Firstly the role-play thread you locked was not de-generating into stupidity, unless of course you count urself seeing as you started making stupid comments before you locked it, and if it really was stupidity why didn't jonspen not lock it himself.

Changing my sig and saying i'm complaining is a bias statement, everyone knows my position on Legends on that subject, and you know as well as I do that it's true for certain players. Not nessecarly the administration but at least 2 un-named Mod's here got what they want because of what they couldn't on FPS. If you had a problem with my signature or wished me to change it thats fine, but to enter my user cp without my consent and purposely change it without any verification through a pm. Is disrespectful and un-coming of a mod.

That little infracture warning still hasn't been taken off my account for the word "crap", and i'll point again how many times i've seen it used in threads you have even seen and responded to without any mention of a warning to others.

You have gone out fo your way to insult me in the open or at suttle attempted to try and show some egotistical superiorty complex you have going on with me, and i'm sick of opening up every reply I have, and having a "MOD" responded in such a way. You are not a MOD on this forum to boost your self-confindence by taking pot shots at me, your here to do what is right and considering other members here and in the game (as well as other MOD's who will remain nameless) have all seen you act inappropiately and this has gone on long enough.

Anyways thats just a few examples, if this is locked by you and considered trolling I will except that, you also will have just again proven my opinions as fact.

The ball's in your court Bottle, respond to this with whatever you want, in the end though a lot of people see what you are and really aren't that happy either with you as a Mod.

And i'll make one point perfectly clear seeing as you will no doubt bring this up as an attack suttley or not. I regret a lot of actions I took in 2005 while under the leadings of Tuff and Gyration. I regret falling victom to circumstances and losing control of my emotions on this game I loved to play. And if you wish to bring up old wounds that will never heal be my guest, again this will only dis-benefit you.


If I am banned the 3rd anniversary tourny information and list will be transfered to the wolf forums and made avaliable for everyone.


At the very least Bottle, I formally ask for an apology and the removal of the infracture warning.

Bottle does an excellent job as a mod. The fact that I didn't lock the thread was I got too caught up in it myself, so if you're going to blame anyone, blame me. He was doing his job, just I am now.

The fact that you two have something person does not deter Bottle from his job. He treats you as if any other mod does, the fact that you're targeted more for it is because you draw the attention to yourself with the way you act.

If you have an issue about me locking this, pm instead of making another thread.

Well, Moose, this sort of thing is really rather silly. Do you think I'm really going to resign because you want me to? Certainly not. So why make the thread title? Because you're looking for headlines.

OK, so I closed your RPG thread. It WAS descending into stupidity, and nobody was posting there on topic since page 1. If you really want it unlocked, PM me as you should have done instead of posting this thread and I shall delete all the off-topic posts and open it again.

I changed your signature because if I didn't and Prophet saw it, you'd be banned in the same way that Gypsy was. I know you may find it hard to believe, but I really don't want you to be banned. I find your posts amusing and occasionally they have some useful content too. Nor do I have to PM you as it is a moderator's duty to change a signature that is unsuitable (and usually give a warning) without asking the person.

I will not tell you again that using any sort of inappropriate language will not be tolerated if I see it.

I don't quite know what your problem is with me, Moose, as I'm quite happy to leave you alone if you post suitably. Nor will I ban you, and nobody can say that you haven't given me enough reason to. If anyone else feels I have acted unfairly in any recent events, please do PM me and I can assure you that you will not receive any discretionary measures if you are polite and respectful.
