Queue is only for non-gold accounts. If people that play this game stopped cheating and killing account by stealing accounts and causing problems with those accounts then more people would be playing the game. Just because 10 people are in the Lobby talking does not mean people are not playing. (This is not TAO chat.)

True, but most newbies start as grey. He was pointing out why new players don't stick around. I just assumed he meant greys.

True true. I think, though, that's what's turning away older or established players.

Technically correct, but I would say that the number of people in the lobby tends to be some form of indicator of the overall health of the server. Banff, for example, has always had fewer people in the lobby at any given time than the other two servers, and those other servers have always been livelier in both personalities and number of games being played.

But yeah, people who come to the lobby just to chat on greys and prevent other people from getting on need to be kicked.
