Yes that's right, it's that time again. Moose's list is outdated and is unlikely to ever be updated. Elitism's been pretty thin on the ground lately with everyone accepting people and a bunch of other stuff I dissaprove of. So...

This list is 100% official. The list is everything, the list is never wrong, the list is sacred. If you are not on this list then you do not matter to anyone and are worthless. There is only one way to be added to this list. And that is to whine. Complain loudly and arrogantly to anyone who'll listen, draw comparison to others on the list "ZOMG how come __ is on the list and not me?? I've beaten him at least twice in our 50+ games" is what everyone wants to hear. Boast and brag to anyone who'll listen and make sure you overexaggerate EVERYTHING!

Of course not everyone can be present to whine for themselves so it is also equally acceptable for you to whine on the behalf of others.

Here's a general whining format you should follow.

Account Name: Along with Forum Name if they differ.
Highest Stats: They are VERY important.
Elite's defeated: Must be in their prime.
Long parargaph about all the other reasons you should be added: Your influences on TAO, tournaments you have won/placed highly in etc the longer the better.

I was good enough at one point in time.

I remember one of the last matches I ever had, it was vs Omega.

I lost by a BR with 5 hp, and a frost with 1 hp.

I was winning too, but I lost my concentration, I had a plan setup, but I mixed up the steps, and it caused mass casualties.

Like I said before, I was nearly flawlessed by an 1100 grey.

I was using the default formation, yes, but still, that's too rusty.

That was when I quit for good. >.>
