Giving someone neg rep

ever notice that if u neg someone u still get the message: Thank you for *adding* reputation to this user. *May you be lucky enough to recive it back*(or something)

and that doesnt really make sense lol.

Just simply disregard it. That's the solution to many problems.

You are adding negative rep. It is the same thing, except for subtracting is the proper way.

whats the problem whit that, what you hope? to send neg and recieve a rep.
