A little club help here?

I'm XCI, leader of the Squirrels. First off, this is not my idea. That being said,

I would really like to be able to update clan ranks on my own, but sometimes the main page of those particular threads aren't made by me. Since I am not a mod, unlike most club leaders, this gets incredibly frustrating. I was wondering if I could have some sort of power in my club so that I'd be able to lock crappy thread and delete a post or two? I don't want or need any special powers or anything, I just want simple tools to help me work things out, because currently there are two different club rank pages for the Squirrels, and soon the second of the two (the first being made by redtwister, MIA) threads is going to have a creator that's going away. This means I will be the only leader around, and unable to do anything leader-wise. I don't even have power in my own club.

I was told to suggest this because the squirrels are a bustling club, and I would like to do some jobs as a leader that I don't want to have to entrust in a club mod because... first, it's my domain which I have no power over, and second because club ranks dictate status, and having a low-rank member in control of club affairs in unfitting and embarassing.

Is there a way I can edit my club's threads without having any special powers? Thanks,

It would sound dumb to add another member group, but I think it would really help if the leaders had some sort of power over their section. I personally can only edit my own posts, but there is a bunch of garbage to remove from threads. Seeing as a few leaders of some clubs are moderators already (game or forum), I doubt this idea would pass.

Yesterday I asked Luca for special powers of my own to deal with some of the useless spam around these forums. I was denied. Instead the Special Clubs Sections no long affect post count. I feel this was necessary, especially in the case of the Squirrel Squad, who have created another pointless thread solely for the purpose of spamming in. I will not say which thread because the Squirrels all know what I'm talking about.

Penguins - 1, Squirrels - 0

Uhmm.. I guess the only way to do this is by giving you modship in the squirrel squad.

No. But from now on post count will not be affected.

I honestly have no idea what you're talking about. The random discussion thread? If you continue to needlessly slander my club I will not hesitate to neg you, IROK. And why would you ask for special powers here? There's enough mods, they don't need you.

Nec, well, at least you and I know what it's like going through it. There's a lot of crap to sift through. Same with Jonspen too now that he's grey I guess.

Yes, I have power over my section as leader, but quite limited. Also bugging moderators constantly about it would be tiresome and pointless, as they have the more populated areas to keep their minds on.

That was my innitial thought too. I have Phoenix who can help me (however he is on hiatus due to his father's health, as you know) and zzzaacckk, who is the leader of an apposing club, which would be unfitting if he takes part in leadership. I don't want to have to add another mod to my section, and zzzaacckk is not very active in clubs anyways.

It kinda makes sense that the club leaders having mod power in their forum club section, like gyp being mod in cau.
