The overuse of acronyms should become infractable

Alright, ladies and gentlemen, let's get to the point.

Lately, I've seen an increased use of acronyms like 'lol'. Let me remind you that this is a forum. A place where people should be able to normally talk to each other, and have fun.

Look, the use of acronyms like 'lol' and 'lmao' (and off course all variations) isn't a bad thing. But, when people use it every post, it gets really annoying. Everyone over here who has ever seen abc0123 post (nothing personal) probably got annoyed by his overload of 'lol's.

Now we all know the moderators are here to make this place a clean one. But if they can't punish people for making posts like this,

Also, some styles like the well known '1337-speak' and other new, annoying styles are a pain in the ass to read through. Sure, it can be used in a funny way every once in a while (again, nothing wrong with it), but when people make complete post sequences in styles like these, it just gets plain annoying.

So my point is, mods should be able to infract when they have the feeling people are 'abusing' these acronyms and styles. Just small infractions, but enough to carry over the message. Me myself, I'm thinking about 2-point infractions.

Again, these forums are a place to just talk and have fun. Not to annoy the crap out of other people by typing in an annoying way.
