Ban List

There should be a locked sticky in announcements that lists people who are banned. When someone is banned the mod that bans them would edit their name onto the list and include the reason. If it was something that happened in private the reason could be listed as such. This would literally take another 20 seconds to do after banning someone and it would prevent threads and private messages. As for starting the list, I'd say only include people that were fairly well known and had a presence here, no sense in listing oliver and all of his duplicates.

I got a question about this topic, Why does people that is banned don't simply is deleted... There's no case (if you are perma banned) to still have your account in here.. iis there any case?

I think you can actually start the thread list Gypsy, then some Moderator sticky it and edit it each time someone gets Banned.

So your saying only make a list for the known people that actually play and have been banned. Not the names of the accounts that are fresh new grey accounts that people just use to flame, spam, or trade/sell accounts with right?

he's talking about Legends forums accounts... not in game accounts, they can't be really banned because there is no moderator online always to keep disconecting people.

Well taiyoh, because you never know when a ban could be lifted. I got a perma-ban reduced to 7 days ages ago. There are some deleted accounts, I think that happened to the banned accounts when the forum shifted to vb.

And yeah, for established people only really. It would just prevent some issues.

Oh and length of ban would be included on the list.

In regards to starting the list myself: I'd like to get staff support first or just have them do it.

Ah i see then, cause i heard someone talking on tao in the lobby about a ban list, so i thought gypsy here just jumped right on it. But guess not. But ya gypsy still an good idea .

So the list of the people would be like this...

Name: blah
Reason for banning: showing bad images of women on forums
Ban Length: forever.

I'm with you on this, but I don't really thinks this idea of you it's that nescessary because.. What would the list do? I think it's kinda useless, I can't just find it some useful use

Wow taiyoh, that last post was unreadable.

It would just be nice to know who is banned and for how long. The main thing is to prevent threads, pms and other forms of query with an easy to access and understand thread.

Its just something to do honestly...... We need something to do, other than random topics about pokemon .

Well now that i think about it, it could serve as an reminder of who all has been banned, so you know who to look out for, and anyone else that is wondering where "blah" is, they can look on the list and see he is banned, and they would be like..." oh well i didnt like the guy, he deserved it. *Leaves List* ".....

It's to prevent threads to be made, for example Draquist asked why Paris was banned.
