Colour Change

This just came in mind. Definitely pointless but meh, just for fun.

Anyways, when you reach that promotion you change colour depending on that promotion right? Well lets say you are light blue but want to be a normal member. In your User CP, there can be a "Colour change" and you look like a normal member with the limits of light blue(Or your highest limits). Changing back anytime you want.

Hard to understand so here I'm using S3RO as an example.

He is a Charter Member, Worshipped, Admired, Normal Member and SOTM Winner.

Which talking to Auron, Charter Member would be the best in limits. S3RO will still keep the limits, of Pm box, etc etc. (Whatever you additionally get) that doesn't change. What he can change is the colour he is. Whether it is Pink, Bold Gold, Normal, Bold Blue, or Light Blue. Whatever he chooses.

Be cool, but unfortunitely, only way to do this with current vb version is to give the user access to admin cp, and only the version with usergroups, and if he had that access, he could give himself any usergroup.

If/when possible its a cool idea.

This idea is pretty good, I like it. But will the Admins be able to do that as well?

. Also, what if you change color and are not able to access th special Section? Iam asking this because when I got 150 rep I still had my regular name color, but was unable to access the Special Section until i got my blue.

Yea you still do. The only difference is that you can change your name to any previous colour. Any colour that you already have you can change into. That is the whole suggestion.

I like this idea. If it's ever possible to actually carry out, it would be a nice addition to the forums.

I like it, of course. It would stop most Charter members asking for a different colour. Although, some new members would be confused as to why some members keep changing colours.

Meh, always can tell them or they find out themselves. Besides, it would look cool, seeing for example drow normal colour but has 16000+ posts and that much rep.
