Forum Games and Chain Thread/Junk Forums Suggestion

My suggestion,

Is to allow light blue or higher, or possibly bold blue or higher usergroups to soft delete their own posts in junk and or forum game and chain threads.

This allows people to delete their double posts, or other posts of their own in those forums.

Its in junk/chain, so I figure it doesn't hurt for them to be able to delete their own posts.

Small Suggestion, All Feedback Appreciated.

This would provoke people to cheat when playing in game forums, but this could be just possible made in junk, which would not affect at all. Nice suggestion I say.

It doesn't really matter to me. But now that the requirements increased. Maybe bold blues get that privilege back I do not know.

I'm up for only bolds if this was in. But I couldn't careless.

Nah man it's annoying to respond to a post, having the original poster delete it, the you will be the one that ends up looking like a fool.

You won't be monitoring the thread 24/7 to know if/when they deleted it.

Mods can see soft deletes, if someone is trying to cheat a game, such as last team standing, flash would see the soft delete and know what the deleter posted.

just say "oops double post" and the double post doesn't count for extra post count....so just leave them

I don't know that sounds kinda complicated and this will generate much more work for moderators. No, wait this won't generate work for they cause you delete your double posts and so on.

Like I said this should only be implemented in Junk.

The issue is: deleting posts = ability to make it look like other have double posted

if you double post - holler to a mod or just leave it with a note - forum games section doesn't count for post count so an accidental double post isn't the end of the world

We don't infract for double posts if it's a mistake and not done 1000 times on purpose. Also, already mentioned, it's Junk/FG&C, which means no post count, so it doesn't matter anywya.
