This isn't possible atm with vb but,

A section where posts actually do -1 post per post.

Its where you would put the really dumb topics.

Well I suppose it's not a bad idea because it would prevent people from making dumb topics since some people care about post count.

Well for starters Id put the Counting thread in the reverse ppd section.

Yeah, as ambient said, people would post in the junk-ish sections so they could get the lowest ppd.
