A Very Annoying Problem

I know every person on this forums have experienced this problem. You type in 20 min worth of Information and then you click "Submit." You wait a little and sometimes, A) Nothing Happens and you can't do anything about it -.- B) You Click Submit and then it says "Page Cannot Be Displayed" C) "Forum has encountered a problem. D) Other.

Now, if you get any of those problems or screens, all the information you typed is gone! Its very frusturating and if you click back or front (<-- or -->) and come back to the page everything is gone. I suggest that if an error like this happens (It happened to me like 5 times today) you can click back and your information will still be there, instead of re-typing the whole thing for 20 minutes.

Or if you perma log yourself on, you never have that problem. Or if it is just a error or something, copy your whole post, then submit. If it ever doesn't work for some unknown reason, just go back, paste, and post.

I don't think there is anyway else to fix that problem.

I have had this happen quite a few times its a bit frustrating.

FYI: Teddy Bear I am always logged in.

It happened to me sometimes too. But I suggest that if you write something very long, copy and save it.

It's happened to me numerous times. I click back and then copy it to notepad. Then I refresh the page and paste it.

The "Back" button will usually solve the problem. Then you can save your information for a later time. I usually do this by intentionally causing Firefox to shut down unexpectedly. Then, I'll restart the session when my Internet works.

Learn to copy your post before you hit submit, that way you can just hit paste if you fail to retrieve post/data discussed. I rarely encounter these problems, but it is a good habit to get used too.

For some reason it won't allow me to copy my post before I submit it. Don't know why.

2 easy solutions

1: don't use quick reply!!!! - that form is dymamic and is designed to show at the click of a button and is blank by default - click post reply as opposed to the quick reply if you have the page not displayed often

2: if the submitting in quick reply just sits there, click advanced!!! - boom it'll work now through another page
