Smiles icon on TAO chatbox

I have an idea,we can send message to other in lobby and clan right,i wonder if Seed can put like Smiles in the chatbox system so when player chat with other,they can use smiles,like when you post thing in shoutbox or Thread,there will be smiles,so wonder Seed can put Smiles in the TAO chatbox

Note:i did not know if this idea has been say,if yes,then sorry about it

EDIT:Type /smile to toggle on Chat smiles
this is to disable or enable smiles,if player do not like smile,they can disable

I think the most important point is that there are less lags and d/c's. All the rest are 'decorations' which should be considered only after that.

No it won't, It would take quite a bit of coding, and Legends is already laggy enough, there is no point in making it even worse than it already is. Good idea though, won't ever happen.

what the thing that cause TAO to be lag,is there anything that can support it from lagging?

I don't know, you would have to talk to a mod or someone who has a background with Flash, I am not the best in that area.

Personally, I think emoticons would look cheesy in the dark medieval-style game. Also, if there were too many or if there were any animations at all, it would increase lag by quite a bit.

Legends may be a test server, but considering how it is the largest of servers, it really isn't well-suited for most tests anymore.
