Appollus' Ideas
I was wondering when your in a game on TAO why it says Two Players in the Arena, and it doesn't make sense since only 2 players can be in the arena, so then I was thinking if maybe it was possible to invite people or friends to observe a game, with limited chat abilities (such as clan chat being canceled if a cln member is watching, and that everyone could see the chat the players are having but the players cant see the observers chat) so as not to help their friend.
Then after that I thought hey wouldn't it be cool if you could have a 2 on 2 game where you had to help each other out and protect each other with barriers and healing each other. The Following is a basic explanation of how I THINK it would work: You could set it up both teams side by side, in a cross type formation where allies are across from each other or side by side on the corner facing each enemy on the other sides, or front and back formation and others that I probably cant come up with. The reason I suggest this is so clans can team up against each other rather then just having a sub name that hardly means a thing under their user name. Then you could have like an team chat to talk about strategy and an all chat so you can say Hi, gg, and the such. To take turns I think the best way would be to have team 1 player 1 to go, then team 2 player 1, team 1 player 2, team 2 player 2 and then back with team 1 player 1. As for stats, if one player is out before the others he can stay and watch, but it counts as a loss for him even if his team mate is able to win the game, OR it can count as a win if his teammate wins (its up to seed or whoever does this). Also back to turns, if team 1 Player 2 is knocked out then the turn system would then just skip his turn so like Team 1 player 1, then Team 2 player 1, then normally it would be team 1 player 2 but cause he has no units it goes to team 2 again but this time player 2. For a player to be completely knocked out both mobile units and immobile units countnand must be killed, has long as any one player on the same team has a mobile unit. However once all mobile units have been killed or paralyzed for both players on the same team, whether there is a functioning immobile unit on the field or not they have lost the game. Also the units used currently on TAO may have to be tweaked up a bit to match up to have 2 players attacking one unit and the amount of squares moved so the units are able to make it across the bigger playing field for this idea (the current TAO can still use the same units and still be played the way it is so ya that is good don't change anything there because of me). If you like this idea but if there is a problem with something or if there is something I forgot to mention or just a question of some sort, please make your inquiry. I hope you guys like this idea and I hope that it will be considered using it. Whether or not it well be used, I would still like feed back from what you guys think (the bad and good) just send me a msg or say on here anyhting works

Also another thing people can still do that now if they try, people have programs that can record games (screen recorders, and one of my clan members made a program where you manually record a game, or just a regular s/s) it wouldnt take long to record each move and send it to a friend over msn and so they can look at the position and tell ppl what to do its doable but no one wants to go through the trouble and if someone does the ppl dont want help, most ppl want to play their own games, or the move suggested is not the best one
