I was thinking of this for a while, and thanks to menace, he reminded. If this idea has already been said I apologize. I searched and nothing came up. This is the idea: Ok if you own a single gold and create a clan, if you upgrade to double gold, you should also be allowed to create another clan, which is just like buying another single gold, except it contains a Dragonspeaker Mage, A Stone Golem, and a Poison Wisp.

Tell me what you think of this idea, all comments will be taken into consideration, whether good or bad.

People already create enough clans as it is, and barely any of them actually go anywhere decent. Most get put on greys to be wiped, or get lost by inactive people and/or taken by mods. If you know how to use a clan, you wouldn't waste it, and in that case you wouldn't need another. Also, it would be tough to have 2 clans possible if you upgrade directly to dbl gold.

Yea Flash Demon is right. People make clans, and then at the end they get stolen or they give it away. Clans no big deal.

just imagine how much clans will appear in TAO in few months,the game will be very bored with such a quantity of clans, and most important of all, a lot of clans will die in the first week.Obviusly, everybody will make and make clans without a reason.

Ok I see evryone's point, but now this is mine. For the exact reasons that Flash mentioned is why i want this to work. If your clan is stolen, you could upgrade and make another, besides that fact that all golds are allowed the creation of 1 clan. If it was to get wiped out, again, you would be able to make another one. I know some people would take advantage of this idea, but it could also work to benefit some people.

This wouldn't work. 1 person could make two clans. He could use special characters in one and make the clans look exactly the same. Play somebody, and it would look like you're in the same clan, but you get stats.

That's the exact problem though. Clans can't just be stolen. They have to be misused and treated badly. The leader has to care about the clan little enough that he would give leadership up to other people, and not even completely trustworthy people. Stolen clans are only because of human fault and ignorance.


Ace, you can just upgrade 2 different accs. to single and do that if you wanted to, which is illegal.

I disagree, there is way too much clans as it is that just die after a week or so. Usally from non caring from the leader, or the clan doesn't go anywhere....just invite random people and spread your clan around for a good 2 days. Everybody will then leave and be into a better clan. Rarely does a new clan start to flourish and attempt to be respected. Which takes a lot of work.

The ablilty to just make another clan is just going to double the nub clans that are made, and make the game lag more then usual.
