50Cent is crap. He can't rap, and if he does, all he raps about is chicks and money and "bling" or what not. When I listen to his music, i have no idea of what the hell he's saying.

I never liked 50 Cent. And I always felt that rap was overrated in the 1st place. They can't have 1 damn decent song or music video without having women or fortunes. These guys could have simple lyrics such as:

I wuz walkin round the corner
Got my eyes set on yoda
Smoking dope, chilling out
Drinkin packs of cold soda

And I can see yoda, and the rapper dancing with half naked women or $100,0000 cars or expensive clothing. It's gotten ridiculous watching tv now. I cant even listen to the radio on the car with 50 cent talking about his "candy shop". This is probably half or more the reason why rap is popular today.

a bad influence? only to those who allow themselves to be influenced. Cut the crap about all the stupid "idols" and rolemodels that are out there...if you have a decent personality and an IQ > 15, you can tell for yourself what or what not to do...jeesz, it's not because some guy can blabber some lyrics into a mic that he suddenly gained a status. Not like i can't appreciate music, but there's simply no use in idolizing them , and especially not their lifestyles.

Mhm true, and 50 Cent only became famous cause he wouldn't shut up about being shot 9 times, my friend told me he never mentioned being shot in any songs, but in most of his song I hear verses about him being shot and shit like that, he's to cocky and G-Unit (more like Guy Unit) can go fuck themselves.

Get Rich or Die Tryin' looks exactly like 8 Mile too, except switch out Eminem and put in Fiddy. :P
