Well I like College more but I have some things to say.
The Jaguars are extremely schizophrenic and now have no chance of a superbowl with Peterson gone for the year. The Chiefs still suck. Gypsy Power Rankings 1. Chicago Bears 2. Indianapolis Colts 3. Broncos 4. Ravens 5. Chargers 6. Patriots 7. Bengals 8. Panthers 9. Seahawks 10. Eagles |

Daunte Culpepper was questionable even before he went to Miami. Those who thought he might bounce back were sourly mistaken. He only had his running ability and the deep ball. Saban dont play that game though. Plus, with Harrington's showing on sunday, I think Miami has their new QB in Joey. Shockey is good but hes not good enough to run his mouth or at least not this season as you have said red. The bears always had an offense the problem was Rex Grossman. He was the QB they wanted he was just never healthy enough for an entire season. About the Patriots one word, Belicheck. Plus its not hard to win with nobodies in the WR department just ask the Eagles. There is a reason why Marvin Harrison and Troy Brown are better than TO. Havnt Watched Vick enough, but he usually is a ball hog. Niners do look good but nothing can be said about a 41 - 0 blowout to the Chiefs Colts are a good team and they arent questionable at all, but i dont think they will ever win with Manning under the helm. oh and i think steel town moved and they didnt get memo and Red come on the Cardiac cats are a force. Byron Leftwich is a great quarterback and the defense is scary. Im surprised you didnt comment on them. One more thing ~ Who got the better deal the Pats and Laurence Marouney(sp) or the Saints and Reggie Bush? (i have to rub it in because the stats back up Marouney even though ability wise and versatility is with Bush)

The Eagles have Stallworth, don't be a fool!
The Redskins only have 2 wins and one was vs Jacksonville, the Jags are odd and losing Peterson really ruins their chances. Vick SUCKS. Concerning Pittsburgh.... Aiua Tzigane - Echoes of Decimation says: allthough Rothskillessberger is bad now that he doesn't have all the talent around him Aiua Tzigane - Echoes of Decimation says: now they have him trying to make complex reads, nuh-uh not good Luis says: Batch should have still stayed on starter, when ben was injured Last edited by Gypsy; 10-10-2006 at 07:23 AM. |

I didn't want to brag about the Jags. But Gypsy is right. Mike Peterson, leading tackler and team leader for the Jags defense is out for the season on injury. But the Jags 2 shutouts games, against the Steelers (9-0) and the Jets (41-0) have been very impressive. But I think they will still do decent on defense without Peterson. They still have a good secondary.
I don't see how the Texans didn't take Bush to make a trade with another team. Even if they didn't want him. Stupid if you ask me. |

well im a 49er fan so i hope the get better but i like the steelers to but i thought there defence done good but there offence done really bad i think they will come back and beat the cheifs.
the cowboys what a pathatic offence i mean i balme it on drew bledsoe but maybe t.o. could catch more that might help. the bears well who really knew they would be 5-0 i didnt the colts i thought they would lose but they come back but they will have a tough time this year i have a feeling. the giants done good and i think they will be a tough team this year and bengals to there good they were last year to but carson palmer got hurt and lost in the wildcard its a shame maybe this year they can go farther in the playoffs. the texans are they going to win a game or not thats what i want to know. the eagles are good now but there going to choke i just wish the 49ers would have beat them 2 weeks ago. and the jags very good aginst the jets 41-0 hope they keep it up |

Gypsy they have him this year during the 3 years they made their run to the nfc champ game and lost they had random people in the recieving core. Andy Reid thought if they could bring in one good reciever then they would have a shot at the suepr bowl hence why TO went there.
And i didnt know about Peterson but now its time to see if they are champs or chumps. If the defense can pick up the slack and stay the way it is then they are good kind of like the pats last year with the loss of Harrison at secondary(even though our secondary still blows). oh to DRKDRGNS the bengals wont make it far if they continue to have their opponents run all over them with the running game.

I was born and raised in Jacksonville so i am A Jaguars fan through and through. I doubt they are where they need to be this year to make a run for the super bowl but damn im impressed with them so far. But DAMN and i mean DAMN Urlacher and the boys are unbelievable...the fact that Grossman hasn't gotten hurt yet is phenomenal....

Philly Superbowl Appearances with a good WR in the last 20 years:1
Philly Superbowl Appearances without a good WR in the last 20 years:0 I believe I made my point, but Stallworth is good. The Jacksonville secondary was shredded by Washington, think about that. The Bengals are just the Bengals, people that have been watching football longer just understand that. Bengals Superbowl Championships:0 The AFC is murder, they won't make it out of the first round, which will probably be Denver or New England(teams that run well, that does not bode well for the Bengals). How many times was Grossman hurt at Florida mad? It's all up to chance, injuries in the NFL are usually on a freak play type of thing. Jacksonville will be 6-3 after the next 5 weeks(bye week is in there), simply because of the 3 free wins. And as I look further at the schedule I see them going 9-7 or 10-6, which might not be good enough in the AFC. |

Look, I've never been a fan of Big Ben or Michael Vick, but I have to at least acknowledge that they have some mediocre skills, though Vick should really give the ball up more.
The Bears have surprised me so far this year. I never thought they would be doing so well, but life's full of surprises I guess. Quote:
