Something good happened to the Hornets. They've picked up a good person that is good coming off the bench.

What the HELL is wrong with Posey??
Is he trying to set an NBA record for winning Titles with the most teams.
Horry has 3 I wonder if anyone has won with more different teams than that.

He is NBA Title hungry. He's like: I'll do whatever to get a NBA Title. Posey ownz and he deserves to get more title.

Posey is a good player, but he's not a "OmG hes the missing piece of the puzzle" player.

It depends on what you are looking for. Posey is pretty much an all around player. He can shoot, attack the rim sometimes and play great defense. Hornets can always use a good player like him so it works out well.

Posey is a starter for 50% of the teams in this league and even though I am not an expert I would say that added him to your team should give you at least 5-6 more wins.
He can shut people down on defense.
He can bring the ball up if necessary.
He has an outstanding outside shot to keep the floor spread.
He can drive on all but a few 2's which allows for defensive
collapse and easy shots for others around him.

Sounds like a top notch free agent to me.
I would much rather have him on my team
than Byron Davis or Elton Brand.

You'd rather have him than the 1-2 best PG in the league?

And Posey isn't an instance 5-6 more wins player either.

There are few players in the league at all that even do that.

The only time a player will increase your teams wins by that much, is not when it's a great player, but when it's a player that fills a slot you don't have.

Like Greg Oden will do with the Blazers.

He wouldn't increase the Spurs, or the Celtics, etc wins by that much, but on the blazer, I could see him giving them 10+ more wins.
