I think that San Antonio Spurs will defeat New Orleans Hornets tonight.
The Game 7 will be good, but if Hornets win in 7 games, then of course you have to wonder if the series would have been different if Spurs had won one more game during the regular season and had home-court advantage. I can't remember how Hornets gained home-court advantage, because both teams went 56-26 and the season series was split 2-2. If it wasn't for all these decisive 3rd quarters, this series could have been more exciting, as it is probably the closest match-up.

They break up ties by how many points you have outscored the opponent.
The Hornets blew out the spurs by 25 and 24. When they lost, they only lost by I think 8 and 10. ![]() Hornets get the nod in that. |

![]() If San Antonio Spurs had home-court advantage, I think the series would be even closer than it is now, because New Orleans Hornets are the second-or-third-best road team and did blow out the Spurs in SA.

This game has been so reliant on third quarters. Both teams have always used third quarters well. San Antonio Spurs held off Cleveland Cavaliers with massive third quarters last season. Every 4th quarter has been mostly trash time in this series. Spurs did get a little bit of luck in the third quarter this time though with fouls called on Chris Paul and David West.
Hopefully, Game 7 will be a little bit different. Quote:

I don't like Spurs and Duncan all that much. Tony and Manu are really great players and i like how they shoot and make plays but for some reason i just don't like Duncan. Excluding those two i don't like Spurs at all, especially Bowen. He is a very dirty player. I think the Hornets will finish the Spurs off in game 7. CP3 has been amazing in the series, averaging a double double and as well as the playoffs. I think Chandler will do great in the next game and finish off the Spurs by 10 points. It's not any of these team in the series have won an away game. I think Hornets will just win the home game and play Lakers hopefully.
