I love Sasha as a player for some reason. He keeps to himself and just does his job. He does the fundamentals and everything.
And Joe Smith. He used to be a dynamic player. Now he's older and isn't that effective, but he's still a game-changer. Jame's +/- was 29. Dang lol. Last edited by Crimson Phoenix; 05-11-2008 at 03:37 AM. |

![]() LeBron is shooting 13-58, for 54 points, with 21 turnovers this series.

You forget to mention the assists, rebounds, and game changing blocks that he has. Even when he sucks at scoring, he is their best player.

![]() Haha, yes, assists and rebounds that don't even come close to making up for the vast amount of turnovers he's getting. An assist gives your team two points, a turnover loses 2-3 points for your team, and gives the other team 2-3 points, that's a 4-6 point turnaround, times the 17 turnovers he had... he's pretty much single handedly winning the games for boston. ![]()

He didn't have the most turnovers this game. Only 4, much less than his 8.5 average from before. He also had 4 steals and 3 blocks to offset the TO's.
Also, he was 3-5 of 3 pointers, and 2-11 inside the 3 point line, which I KNOW at least 1 of those 2 was an outside jump shot. :P

Cetlics are 6-0 at home. And 0-4 on the road. If they are going to continue to playing amazing at home and pretty crappy on the road! Then they will not make it past the Cavs. Even though Lebron is shooting crappy, he still has the supporting cast to help him out. The Celts are just playing horribly. They will take every series to 7 with home court advantage all the way through. Which gives them a 4-3 series win everytime. Someone correct me if I am wrong here...

Joe Smith should split minutes with Ben Wallace while Anderson Varejao should just get 10 minutes when Zydrunas Ilgauskas is resting. Most of the time, Wallace or Varejao should be on the floor to guard Kevin Garnett. I noticed how good Joe Smith was back in Chicago and I hope Mike Brown keeps playing him, because he's the 3rd-4th-best player on the team and he can go off for 40 points. Zydrunas Ilgauskas is the 2nd-best player on the team so he still should be getting 35-40 minutes. Daniel Gibson, Delonte West, and Wally Szczerbiak should split the minutes for point guard and shooting guard, resulting in 30-35 minutes each. Gibson probably shouldn't play much when he's not shooting well as West contributes much more than scoring. Who do you think is the better at running the point (not just scoring), West or Gibson? They both are decent passers. Why is Devin Brown playing only in trash-time? He used to be a starter. He should get 10 minutes at least. ![]() Quote:
Last season in the playoffs, LeBron James was shooting 30% for the first 4 games against Detroit Pistons. He was 7-19 for the first 3 quarters of Game 5 too. But James cannot be kept out of the paint for an entire series and he will have a dominant game. He's obviously improved somewhat every game through this series. Defensively, he was very good in Game 3. Quote:
