For the first-person shooters, you should add Battlezone 1 and 2.

Third person shooters should include the Oddworld games.

RPG needs the Mana series (Legend of Mana, Sword of Mana, etc.).

Max Payne is my favorite 3rd person shooter.

Super Smash brothers is my favorite figher

Planescape Torment rips into your rpgs.

I don't like racing games.

Prince of Persia for action adventure/puzzle.

I haven't played any anime games.

I don't like sports games.

Where's the RTS section so I can laud the glories of Sacrifice?

Your anime slection was rather lax I thought considering my three favorite shows were missing from your list.
Magna Carta, Samurai 7 and Neon Genesis.

And now for the most important area, which is as you might expect from me, rpgs.
You obviously did some research to get in series like Harvest Moon and Wild Arms.
But you missed many series which are crucial when debating what the best rpg series of all time is, I will list all series that you missed below, I am also including games where there is a definite sequel with a release date set.

Star Ocean, Suikoden, Ys, Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, The Elder Scrolls, Shenmue, I'm sorry but because it's so obvious Suikoden again, Fallout, Dragon Warrior, Grandia, Disgaea, Valkyrie Profile(I can't wait to play the second), Nwn, Evolution Series(ok it wasn't great but I liked it), did I mention Suikoden ^^, Alundra(if you can count the second one as a game), dothack/sign(for some reason I own all4), Magna Carta(ooh it keeps coming up), Lunar(wooty mc woot woot).
