Seriously, so much money?! I spend £4 per month on gel. That's it. And get it cut by my mother when I visit, about once every 8 weeks or so. It needs doing every 2-3 weeks, but I don't have time/money to go and visit that often. Not that I have that problem now, as it'll take 8 weeks to grow back

You just dont put the curlers in, just the chemicals. Then keep brushing it straight. After you wash the chemicals out, it should be curly. That is also only if you get a home perm kit. It is so much to get it professionally done and doesn't last that long.

I got my hair permed in grade 8. I am in grade 12 now and it is JUST starting to come out.

It fried my hair. Never been the same
