You know you can straighten your hair perminantely with a perm kit?

You just dont put the curlers in, just the chemicals. Then keep brushing it straight. After you wash the chemicals out, it should be curly. That is also only if you get a home perm kit. It is so much to get it professionally done and doesn't last that long.

I got my hair permed in grade 8. I am in grade 12 now and it is JUST starting to come out.

It fried my hair. Never been the same

I have my hair reverse permed, so it dries straight. Not straight enough that I don't have to run it through the Chi, though.

I went to Mexico the day after I got it done, and the sun is like, really strong since its right on the equator- my hair got like 10 shades lighter.

And I get mine professionally done, I don't wanna do it at home and kill my hair :s

Well, I was 12 so...I didn't really know. My mom wouldn't pay for it professionally and Yeaaa.

I obviously can't get it professionally done. I have not money left after buying my plane ticket to Toronto for the summer and I have to pay rent so...

Last time I got my hair done professionally was on October 18th 2007; my grad picture day.

It looks better in one color, not 3 [my "emo" days]

Yeah, getting it done is pretty expensive.

Ill probably get a color put in my hair eventually. Just like, a streak, not it all- but either blue, red, or orange. I dunno. Just to mix things up.

I got it done 2 years or so ago. Was black, blonde and red.

Cost:$212

The last thing I got was a dye job. One colour. Cost: $155. But my mom paid for that one

lol, why dont you guys do what they show on the commercial, take a normal iron box, heat it up and iron your hair..

I find it funny that girls pay hundreds of dollars to get their hair to do what my hair does naturally.
