I acutally can't see which part was added on that picture.

It was pretty decently photoshopped, but I can easily see where it was changed.

On the middle finger, look right under the knuckle, you will notice a different tan/shade starting right about there.

He did a pretty good job, but if he would have made the finger darker/taner it would have been perfect.

Oh wow. I would of thought it was the head that was added or the whole hand.
