j/k. Nice, man. I don't work out my arm muscles enough, just leg.

I actually rarely work out my arms at all.. besides erging. 20 push ups every day is about it now-a-days. Over the summer I would do some pull ups if I ever managed to get to the elementary school when I walked my dog. But Yeah.. my arms aren't that big. Perhaps they look bigger than they are because they're pretty defined? I have no idea.

Burns is too big for my tastes. He can like.. throw a car, but couldn't run a 5 min mile. I'd rather run the 5 min mile. =p

Bodybuilder. I want somewhere inbetween, ideally. I used to hit 5minute miles, but not for a while.
