spore is a video game. the greatest ever. conceptually.

it doesn't seem to be living up to my expectations imho. except the space part. i'm gonna try and breed wookies.

I don't see the point. Then again, I hated the Sims too. From what I've seen, I've had more interesting times falling asleep.

it's completely player generated. all they did was create a framework for players to build a universe. similiar games have touched on this paradigm, but not to this extent.

that said, the game itself doesn't seem much fun. academic anthropological interest mostly.

A highly anticipated game, due to its famous developer. I saw some of the gameplay, I was not amused by it.

I heard that you can only install it three times or something, which caused the reviews on it hover around 1.5 stars.
