Can anyone give me a good free anti-virus?
Well, my one of my old computer is getting like so many trojans...can anyone give me a good anti-virus, with a link to it...mind you if its free ill be very happy.

Avira Free antivirus - Avira AntiVir
AVG AVG Free - Download installation files & documentation those are the best 2 at the moment, avast is ok too, but i'd just go with one of the above two |

Antivirus Software - Eliminate viruses with ESET NOD32 Antivirus and ESET Smart Security for that
i use Avira antivir on one computer, and the antivirus my ISP offers free (F-Secure) on another, and then the best firewall, linux (this is a joke). |

AVG Antivirus should do the trick.
Here: AVG Free - Download antivirus and antispyware software for Windows XP and Vista I know red recommended it already, but it's really good and thus deserves another shot. It's quite easily the easiest to use one on the market, as far as free goes. |

AVG 8 is a nice big step up from AVG 7, and its the most commonly and widely used free antivirus out there,
from using it, i've found avira to be good as well - i've always had some issues with AVG, notably in installation |
