I understand Mac, I don't understand PC. Other people understand PC and don't understand Mac. I can't make an assumption that Mac is better. But because I understand it, I like it and think its better.

PC gets all the good games though

It's not correctly installed and we don't have a second disc soo I don't think it's going to be installed correctly. What can I do to get the first disc uninstalled.

I skimmed through the Apple forums, and it seems that you should be able to put in your Leopard DVD and simply "replace" Tiger. If I were you though, I'd call customer support. (1-800-275-2273)

It's an 800 number it should be free..?

EDIT: that's the number for the U.S. btw...

Mac sucks. That's all that's needed to state here. Windows is better but not all that good either. Linux is great. I recommend returning that laptop and getting a windows laptop with a 8600 graphic card and a few Gigs of ram. Your laptop would be very good. Almost good enough to play every game. If you can get 8800 on it somehow, then that would be even greater. I suggest just throwing that piece of Mac'n into the return pile and getting yourself a windows laptop.

AKA: Mac doesn't have all these problems.
Windows is extremely difficult to use, hard to get tech support for, hardly user friendly, ACTUALLY HAS VIRUSES (macs have about 2 viruses going around, and neither are very bad), and they're slow.
Mac isn't/doesn't!
AND you can run Windows on a Mac, if you want to run a certain windows-only application. Bootcamp.

Now tell me that macs are inferior [;
OH and if you do, give specific reasons instead of just striking out wildly at something you know nothing about. kthnx.

Macs are inferior, love.

And if you really wanted some good reasons....

Windows runs waaay more apps, no matter how many mac users claim they can run windows apps
Windows has more overall power in the systems. The macs are just underdeveloped. They look good, but not the same thing
Windows systems are more upgradeable and interchangeable.
