This is what happened.

The bell rang ending 7th period, and me, my girlfriend, and some of my friends started walking to our next class, when all of a sudden this dude comes from behind me, with no warning, grabs the hood of my hoodie and brings me down to the ground and starts punching me. I almost expected it to happen because some of my friends and his friends were bitching at eachother, and me being a prick as usual.... rofl.. "Stood out from the rest". So anyways, I get up while hes punching me in the head. I'm only able to get to my knees, so I start whaling on him from there. I hit him about 6-7 times in the gut, and since i'm a bastard, I decided to play dirty, and punched him in the nuts while I was at it. After that he slows down, but i'm still like "Wtf is goin' on....", and he manages, for about literally 2 seconds, to get me on the ground with him on top. To clear things up, if I need to, i'll kick and go for the balls in a fight. I don't care, it works, I use it. That being said, I bring my leg between him and me and kick him off me, landing him into a wall, where I proceed in kicking him in the face with my boot once more. Now hes the one that is all "Whoa..... wtf is goin' on....", so I get up and take 2 maybe three more swings at his face with my fist, and then a teacher gets in the middle and breaks it up.

Personally, I think I won this mother fucker. I admit, kicking and going for the balls (I will NEVER kick someone in the nuts out right in a fight, though) is kinda low, but the way he was acting all tough the days before this going all like "*f word* man i'm gonna kick your *f word*ing *a word* *female dog*", then decided to be a pansy and approach me from behind without any warning or anything is alot worse IMO. I approach someone from the FRONT when I want to fight them. I'm not a wuss and sneak up on someone.

I ended up messing up his eye and part of his face because of the boot. He did no visable harm to me, or any did any part of my body hurt after this.

He got 3 days of out of school suspension. I ended up getting 3 days of out of school suspension, also, but because I fought back when he was fighting me. I think that is ALSO major BS.

Sure it was self-defence, but self-defence has it's limits, you went on the attack after you got him off of you, so really you kind of did the same thing as him, only he was laying on the floor.

In my mind it would of been a tie, because he did have control over you for a large majority of the fight, until the end when you kicked his ass, but i'd also think it was un fair since he grabbed you and whipped you on the ground when you didn't expect anything at all. Other then that, good fight, next time he pisses you off, grab him from behind and kick his face in.

As for this ''bs'' you might be into, if your school is stupid then they'll fuck you over, all you have to say is he was throwing threats at me all week, and the day of the fight, he walked up to me from behind, grabbed me from my hoody and threw me on the ground and started punching me, so I fought back. I'm pretty sure a 3 day suspension is the most you can get for a situation like that, since he is the one who started it, and get some witnesses to that can help you out. By the way he chose to start the fight, i'm pretty sure his parents will flip at him and they MIGHT want to press charges on you, if so don't worry, cause you can do the exact same to him.

Self Defense is when you do enough to get the person off of you, when you throw them off and jump back on, then it's just a regular fight again, no person has an advantage. Self Defense = you throw him off, or just knock him out, and stop.

I also say it was a tie. I have nothing against you PYRO, but I don't like the idea of hitting someone in the balls multiple times in a fight. Need to take the hits and from the ground give im an uppercut to the jaw to get him off, then you can fight face to face.

Not even, give him a large amount of charlie horses, eventually he'll bruise which gives you an advantage. IF it happened again, don't kick as much, start kneeing him in the face, if you connect with his temple/nose area you could knock him out cold, which would make him look like a bitch. Throw punches, but also if you get oppurtunities, throw backhands and elbows, punches can bruise, backhands gave give concussions, and elbows can cut people open.

Punching someone in the nuts = UNCOOL. When you repeatedly hit someone in the nuts, they get more and more mad, and it's also really really really dirty. Instead of aiming for the nuts, punch him in the nose. By doing so his eyes will water immidiatly and he'll see a blur which gives you a huge advantage to take him down. BUT! Don't punch his nose upwards, cause if you punch his nose upwards (maybe even a hit with your palm upwards) you could kill the person.

Now, if you really wanna mess someone up, get a nice good shot in the ear. My brother taught me that if you hit them in the ear area hard enough, you will win the fight. A certain area can give me a REALLY bad headache, where they'll start puking like crazy and bleeding from there nose/ears which will scare the shit outta them, and maybe people fear you.

Other then that, if you parents aren't pissed at you, think of it as a 3 day holiday and just chill out until you go back. If the kid gives you more problems, find out when he's alone, and get him good, but don't beat him up so bad, just a few punches, get up, insult him a bit and walk away :P

Yeah, I plan on pretty much watching TV the whole "vacation", which is 5 days if you count the weekend. Lmao.

The funny thing is, this was the first day back for my school following a two week break! Rofl!

And the way my town is, after fights like this we tend not to give a damn. A fight I had last year against another dude, I ended up playing GTA:SA with him and some other buddies a week later.

I've been home sick for the past 2 weeks and 2 days on account I've had the flu and a stomach virus in which I reject 2/3 things I eat. I'm going to school tomorrow, and my teachers are goign to bitch the crap out of me, but I have my reason for not coming, I could barely get out of bed half the time. Thank god the march break is coming up
