I suppose you need to wipe the memory and then install Leopard. I'm not exactly sure how to do that. If anything, take it to a Mac store, or go online and ask in the Apple Forums.

EDIT: Is the Leopard software an 'upgrade' disk, or just the regular Leopard disk? If it's an 'upgrade to Leopard', all you should have to do is put the disk in and install the upgrade.
