Ya okay since you're a 1250+ there's lots of choices for you, for now you can try to join wolf clan, legend elites, prophecy or 天朝不败(if you're interested in chinese culture) and when you get higher to 1300+ you can join ChaosGladiator, And finally when you get to 1450+ you can join Judgement or Nejak.com...
So you decide whatever is best for you... ;)
