I was surprised to see Gypsy and Congar banned. I haven't been able to be online much in the last week. If possible, could someone explain to me why they have been banned? I remember seeing Gypsy had reprimanded 3 for a while, but he didn't say what it was for.

I've spoken to both Cong and Gypsy about this, but I'm not really at liberty to say why they've recieved their bans. I'd say ask them what happened. What shatter says is partly true, but there are more extensive LULZ to be had if you ask them yourselves. :P
