One day when the weather is right, the weather guy comes on tv to say, and look here on radar, we're picking up some traffic - and one dude who's going 130mph. And now on the the traffic reporter for your forecast...

sound crazy, well not quite because under a specific weather condition with a thermal inversion, radar beams for weather use pick up speeders
