I like all sorts of intellectual discussions, and religion is one that people have very strong feelings about; which leads to good conversation. Or fist fights. I am currently an agnostic, but leaning toward atheist; I go to church every week, am very involved in my youth group, and have a very religious family. Many of my friends are disillusioned with the whole God thing, but most are probably just rebelling and will go back to the fold after the teenage years.

Girshwin is a mispelling of the classical composer "Gershwin", and I once wrote a series of short stories about a fat, balding mobster named Girshwin- when I was trying to make a screen name, my friend who set me up with AIM was closing her eyes and pointing at a newspaper; she said I had to pick whatever she landed on. The first was "Big Beef", the second was "The Breastfeeding Handbook". I decided listening to her would be, on the whole, a bad move, and the name of the mob boss was the first thing which came to my head.
