Breaker
Might as well take a shot at this.
Name: Breaker Hp: 40 Power: 20 Movement: 3 Armor: 0 Blocking: 0 Recovery: 1 turn Attack Range: Adjacent tile Only can have 1 Breaker on your side of the field. Can walk past opponauts units, lets allies walk past him. Nullifies all specials while this unit is still alive (i.e. Mud Golem quake, assassin bomb etc.) Meaning if both you and your opponaut has 1 Breaker, both of them must be destroyed in order for the specials to be active again. Opinion from Aero: I would use it. Use my frost set, take out second frost, put in breaker, then put it all the way back in my turtle. Disallowing mud, and sin bomb against me. Using it as defence, or helping frost. More strategy since mud quake is ineffective against this unit. Haven't thought of any background information to it, just the unit idea.

It's a very good concept. Turtles might become a bit too powerful. I like it, but I think there might be some slight balance issues for the game.
It's not a Junk Unit. It's better than probably 80-90 or more percent of units.

They don't NEED to target it if they don't have/use a muddy. However, a muddy's special is why most of my opponents HAVE a muddy in the first place.. As far against the a-bomb, i have yet to have needed my assassin for it. it would be a nice counter against the furgon special though.

This unit would have to be a rare drop or single-gold.
Also, it's basically a counter for the Mud-Quake. Units created simply to counter a specific move usually aren't overall that great. It's a good concept and would probably benefit the game but I'm not sure if it's a valuable idea.
