I hope the newbies get a chance to read this. I'll direct it to them if they don't get a chance. I'll work hard to ensure they know it's here and they should read the whole thing. It matters.

If they miss things like this then they won't become to great forum users we want and expect from them, and they'll get needlessly repped in the outside.
