Upgrade System / Password Change System

Upgrade System

The automated upgrade system has been fixed some time back and all NEW Upgrades are being processed NOW.

Older upgrades that where put in while the automated system was not working will take time to recover. Seed is recovering the Mail in ones first due to he has the records right there in paper. All Paypal ones will be harder. You can send an e-mail with your paypal receipt to Seed.

It is Important that the
Mail Subject Line Must Be, "Paypal Transaction Details".

I see alot of people are concerned and confused about the current state of the gold upgrade system. So please read this thread before making one of your own with a question, if it isn't answered in here do feel free to go ahead and make it however. I'm also including other things that I feel would be important while upgrading.

I upgraded to a gold account, and nothing happened, what's wrong?

Firslty you might want to check if the money has gone through. If you used paypal, then you can check in your history of payed for items. If you mailed in check your bank acc whether the money has been taken out.

The money has definitely been payed, but still no gold. What gives?

There may be a problem with the acc. Perhaps you spelled the name of the account wrong when you typed it in the box to upgrade. Double check by checking the billing status as explained before, it should say what account it got made out to. If you spelled it wrong cancel the payment and do it again, right this time!

It was spelled right, money has been payed and still not a thing. What now smarty pants?

Well, now that we have made sure that you made everything correct while upgrading, you just have to wait. The upgrade system is currently experiencing problems, as I'm sure this got mentioned elsewhere on the forums, but the administration team will let you know when it is back up. In the mean time, all you can do is wait.

What if the account gets wiped in the mean time?

Well, then that's tough luck for now I'm afraid. We don't have any definite answers as to what would happen in this situation because it's never happened before, but I can offer a few suggestions;

-Remake the account. If the upgrade hasn't gone through yet, if you remake it then it may just upgrade it when the system is up again.

-Cancel the payment. Again, if it hasn't gone through you may be able to cancel your payment.

-Wait untill the system is back up. Once Seed is back, and the system is up again, you can send an email to Seed with verification that you are the one that payed for the acc (For example, if you payed with paypal email off the paypal contact email) and explain that the acc you payed to get upgraded was wiped, so you're making a different account and want that account upgraded. I can't guarentee any of these suggestions will work, but it's the best thing you have.

So, when will Seed return and the system restored then?

We have literally no idea. It could be today, tommorrow or even next month. Just hang tight, we're sure he will be back soon.

Paypal will contact the vendor (Seed) and ask for a reason. If Seed does not respond, then your money will be refunded.

Recently some upgrades have not gone through. If this happens to you, go into your paypal account and dispute the payment. You should receive a refund within a few days of that. Do not wait to long or you will lose the money, if you do not open up a dispute within x amount of days then you can not open one up.

Password Change System

The password change system is Up as of Oct. 25, 2008.



Some Upgrades are not working and others are getting Double Upgrades for the price of one upgrade.

If your upgrade did not work you can do the things listed above in other posts.

Or

You can go into Paypal and print out the information where you upgraded and Mail it to Seed. Please write a note with your login name to be upgraded. Include your email address if you wish to be contacted.
