Time to upgrade?

I have paid, with paypal, for the Gold upgrade over 3 day ago...but my account : Meltbone, it is still a free account...I have sent a mail to Seed but I have not received an answer. How much time requires the upgrade? With paypal it should not be almost instant?

Gold upgrades are down at the minute, seed is away doing another project.
you will recieve your upgrade when seed comes back and fixes the upgrader.

shouldn't this be in help forum?
