What to do about a Hacked Account

We say Hacked Account but this is not true. Most accounts that we say are hacked are accounts that the password have been given out to numerous people, the units have been deleted and stats drained. If you know of a Hacked Account and it is not on the Hacked Account List in the Abuse Section then please PM an Admin, Mod or In Game Mod to have it placed on the Hacked Account List. You should provide proof that the account is Hacked if possible.

So what do you do to get your Account Back?

1) Change your Password and make it a stronger one then before.

2) Do not give this New Password out to any one.

3) Now you need your units back. Well this could take some time.

a) You can E-Mail Seed and ask for your units back. Then Wait For Seed to do it.

or

b) You can upgrade your account again (yes even if you are double gold you can do this again) and this should get all your non-drop units back.

**Note: Make sure the New Pasword is working before this is done.

4) Once you have the password change then you should PM an Admin, Mod or In Game Mod and ask to be taken off the Hacked Account List. Make sure the New Pasword is working before this is done.

Do not. I repeat, Do not transfer stats to another account that is used. If you wish to save your stats talk to a mod. You will be asked to reset your accounts. If anyone is found transfering stats they will be added to the boosters list. This is not our choice. It is the rules, which we will not change for any member
