Connection Refused...for over a year

I have been playing for two years on the Legends server. One day I was not able to log on because my connection was refused. Believing I had some temporary ban I waited (Approx. 3 months). Apon retrying to log on my connection was refused. I attempted to create a different character but still refused. Since then I have gotten a new modem and tryed on 4 different computers, to no avail. This problem has lasted over a year, so I doubt any ban would still be in effect. Besides the fact that I havent done anything against the rules, to my knowledge.

I am wondering what I can do now? Ideas?

1) clear your temp internet files/cache
2) install the latest version of the flash player just to be safe
3) test fps to see if you can log in there, if not then its likely your computer. If you can log in then its a legends issue.
4) attempt to log in from a different computer - if you cannot log in from elsewhere, chances are its something to do with the way you're logging in...i don't know how that would be unless you are trying something shady
If you cannot log in from, lets say your school or something, then its weird.

If you cannot log in from home still, that is directly without trying to hide your internet connection.....you know what i mean if you do - that interrupts things....

I installed the latest version and deleted all the cookies and so on. Still no luck. I am not sure what you mean by test fps? frames per second or free playing server? not sure. I can still log on to the tactics arena commercial version. I will have to wait to try loging on elsewhere, school I suspect will have firewall's to the max. And I am not trying to run proxies or things of similar nature.

fps = the commercial servers

if they're working, that means its likely not a problem with your physical computer. There is always a chance that you were included in an ip ban for somebody else that seed did not want on the digis server.

well then can someone ask them to unban me? or just my ip. It would be appreciated

well.....ip bans, if that is the case, are done by seed.....

and if you could find him that would be better than we can do lol - he's been away/missing/in switzerland for over a year

well this sucks, I am able to log in to the game on different computers, so it must be an IP ban on my comp. So how do I get off this IP ban list or what ever it is?

random ip bans are unlikely but possible - seed and only seed can help you with them

and how can I do that? since im not a gold i cant email them or so it appears

we can't quite do that either...even golds....

seed doesn't quite answer them...
