Ugh I have a problem with my broadband internet thing because everytime the phone is even just picked up I lost connection!!!!!!!! It's really pissing me off especially when I'm trying to get my banff account ranked and I get d/c against noobs. I have filters on all of my phones as well, so anyone got a suggestion to resolve my problem?

if you have at least one multi-line phone, make sure the filter is on the correct line

How do I know if it's the correct line?

if its causing problems, try the other one

if problem goes away, then its good

if it doesn't, (third line? lol) or other 2-line phone

whichever phone is answered when the internet goes out is the likely subject - so just start by switching the filter on the double lined phone to the other line

My thing has 2 options: Modem and Line. Do I simply switch it?
