Connection Refused

My connection has been refused on all four servers for the past few days. I've cleared my cookies and I (think) changed my IP address but the problem persists. I can't be banned from every single server can I? My internet appears to be working just fine.

make sure you have the most recent version of the flash player and that it isn't blocked in your firewall

I have played on this computer before... but for some reason it won't let me in here in legends or on the commercial forums. If I was to get banned in the commercial forums, would it carry over here to legends? If I didn't have to most recent version of flash player would it tell me "connection refused"?

Never heard of it. If I got banned in the commercial servers would the ban carry over to Legends?

Today I forgot to log out of the guest account on my computer and took a shot at logging in and it let me in. Somehow my firewall must be refusing the connection.
