Right Click Problem

NOTE:On Window XP Home Edition


i got a problem when i right click. when everyone do a right click on the desktop, it will show Arrange Icon By> | Refresh | Paste | Paste shortcut | New> | Porperties |. After i change my desktop backgroud and i right click, it only show a transparent box with nothing in, after i point at anyone of the following Arrange Icon By> | Refresh | Paste | Paste shortcut | New> | Porperties |. after then it will show.

Hope you all can understand what i am writing about

I only have this problem on my Comp User, but not another Comp User

mmm.... so after you change your desktop background, right click on your desktop doesn't work, but then it works later?

any right click in a folder or desktop (not on a file) will produce that menu - sometimes it takes a few seconds to show up if the computer is lagging

if it only does that on one user, it also may be a windows quirk, windows does that every so often
