Ok I have broadband at home and whenever the phone is in use, the net stops and I get d/c from TAO, msn and basically everything that runs on internet.

Is there a way to avoid it? I didn't have it before until we plugged in a new phone.

So you have DSL at home and plugged in a NEW Phone and then all of this started to happen, Right? If so DID YOU PUT A DSL FILTER on the NEW PHONE? IF not it will not work.
