What Happened To My Thread???

About an two hours ago i posted a thread in the off topic section. Its a poll on people's races. It was intended to see if we have a diverse community here at legends or not. The poll have 5 options: White, Asian, Hispanic, Black, Middle Eastern.
However, the poll was closed by the moderator, Bottle because he said there was already another thread thats like mine. Here's exactly what he said:
"Your thread is closed for a reason, in this case - the fact that there's 50 threads thats like this if you try to find them."
So thats exactly what i did. I went through 40 pages of threads in the off topic section and only found one thats remotely similar to my poll. It is a thread on background started by Lord Flex (it is still in the off topic section).
Despite that Lord Flex's poll touches the background aspect so that people can know each other better, my intention for my poll is completely different and unique. As mentioned before, it is to see whether or not our community is diverse. To show this, a poll is definitely needed.
So I went on and wrote an argument for my poll in an attempt to get it reopened about ago. Then i waited patiently for a response till now. Suprisingly, I found both the closed poll on race and my argument thread gone.
I need your help! Please tell me what happened to my posts.

And just to point this out, arguing doesn't really help.

I'll leave it to Bottle to bother with this one, since he closed the first one, but I'll be closing any re-makes, following the initial closed thread.

Removed.... I don't understand, why were they removed? Why can't I make a poll thats not been created before? Why can't I argue for my poll if there's not a good reason to close it? Isn't it an abuse of moderator power to close something that is absolutely okay to be open???

It is the same thing. Skin color/race is ethnicity.....

the question on the surveys you get in high school say

Ethnicity:
(options)

yes, they have your options to simplify the process, but to pay respect to everyone's ethnicity, more than 5 options are needed. That is Flex's thread. no need for 2

If you continue to make the same thread over and over and over again despite specific directions not to do so, you will end up getting yourself banned.

Are you kidding me? Where are you from? Do you know about the PSAT and SAT (America's college entrance exam)? Did you know that there's an almost identical survey on ethnicity (as you wish) on there (you know, they make you fill in the bubbles, white, asian... etc)? Is the test being offensive? How come no one sued them yet?
Anyway, it seems that on my other thread, you wanted me to post my poll on Lord Flex's thread on background. How do i do that, there's no poll option on reply.

For Bottle. The poll you showed me is way too old. Its from May, 2007. And as you know, many people may leave in this period of time, and many new people (myself for instance) may come into this forum. I am interested in the racial diversity now, not a year ago. Is that not possible?

This is not a discussion, Dong, it is a notification. Use the other thread if you really want to make a race thread. You can always note the old results and subtract them from any future results if necessary.

Ok, if i can use another thread thats fine. But what other thread can i use to make a poll on? Also, I don't know what I would get if i do the math thing. What is that?
